  摘 要:随(sui)着电(dian)(dian)力(li)行(xing)业(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)发展,大量数(shu)字(zi)化(hua)设备在电(dian)(dian)力(li)企业(ye)(ye)中得(de)到应用,电(dian)(dian)力(li)行(xing)业(ye)(ye)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水电(dian)(dian)企业(ye)(ye)也由模拟时代(dai)走(zou)向了数(shu)字(zi)时代(dai)。水电(dian)(dian)企业(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)核心调度(du)控制系(xi)统,如何(he)最大限度(du)地发挥出(chu)数(shu)字(zi)化(hua)设备优势(shi),从而(er)创造(zao)出(chu)可观(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)经(jing)济(ji)效益,已经(jing)成为(wei)人们研究的(de)(de)(de)(de)重点(dian)课题。笔者对该问题进行(xing)了研究,总结出(chu)水电(dian)(dian)企业(ye)(ye)调度(du)控制系(xi)统的(de)(de)(de)(de)基本配置和设计思(si)路。

  一、调度控(kong)制系(xi)统(tong)的作用

  值班调度人(ren)(ren)员通过调度控(kong)制系(xi)统对所(suo)管辖的机组、设备进(jin)行(xing)远(yuan)程监视与控(kong)制。由于全厂信号都集中在控(kong)制系(xi)统中,非特殊(shu)情况下只(zhi)需(xu)要一个人(ren)(ren)就(jiu)可以实现对全厂设备的管理,从而(er)将(jiang)现场工作人(ren)(ren)员从繁(fan)重的巡检过程中解(jie)脱出来。

  二、调(diao)度控制系统的设计思路

  调度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)统(tong)由(you)多级分层控(kong)(kong)(kong)制方(fang)式(如现地级、电站级)组(zu)(zu)成(cheng),设(she)计时应满足现代企业“无人(ren)值班”的(de)用人(ren)要求。电网调度中(zhong)心通过厂站调度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)统(tong)实现对(dui)单(dan)台(tai)机组(zu)(zu)或厂站总负荷的(de)电力(li)调度,从而形成(cheng)梯(ti)级流域全负荷调度,保持最佳(jia)运行工况。

  三、调度控制系统(tong)的基本硬件配置

  (一)调度控制系统主控设备(bei)

  1.通讯(xun)工作站两台,热(re)备(bei)(bei)用(yong)(yong)工作方式运行,主工作站设备(bei)(bei)出(chu)现故障时,备(bei)(bei)用(yong)(yong)工作站接替(ti)工作,自动(dong)完(wan)成无扰动(dong)切换(huan)。

  2.操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)员工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站两台(tai),并行工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)方式运(yun)行,任何(he)一台(tai)计算机(ji)设备出现故障时,都(dou)不影响其它计算机(ji)设备的(de)正常运(yun)行,并自(zi)动完成部(bu)分运(yun)行功能切换(huan)。

  3.独立运(yun)行的语(yu)音报警与(yu)数(shu)据库前(qian)端(duan)工作站一台,完(wan)成当(dang)地语(yu)音报警服(fu)务、当(dang)地报警记录(lu)查询(xun)、当(dang)地监控(kong)历(li)史数(shu)据检索(suo)与(yu)报表制作等(deng)功(gong)能。

  4.独立运行的全站同(tong)步(bu)时钟(zhong)系统(tong)一(yi)套,为调度控制(zhi)系统(tong)提供统(tong)一(yi)的全厂时钟(zhong)信号。

  (二)调度控制系统网络设备

  1.冗余配置(zhi)、负荷平衡方式(shi)(shi)运(yun)行(xing)(xing)的两组网(wang)(wang)络交换机设备,正(zheng)常情况下(xia),主(zhu)网(wang)(wang)、备网(wang)(wang)负载平衡运(yun)行(xing)(xing),主(zhu)网(wang)(wang)(备网(wang)(wang))出现故障时,所有负荷转移(yi)到备网(wang)(wang)(主(zhu)网(wang)(wang))运(yun)行(xing)(xing),故障排除后,恢复负载平衡运(yun)行(xing)(xing),运(yun)行(xing)(xing)方式(shi)(shi)无(wu)扰动切换。

  2.单模(mo)光(guang)缆、多(duo)模(mo)光(guang)缆、超五类双绞线等传输介质。

  3.机柜与附件、配线架、理线架、光(guang)纤接续箱、光(guang)纤尾纤、耦合器、线槽等网络(luo)器材。

  (三)调度控制系(xi)统网络防(fang)护隔离设备(bei)

  电力企(qi)业(ye)网(wang)络(luo)数据交(jiao)换必(bi)须要(yao)严格执(zhi)行电力企(qi)业(ye)二次(ci)系统(tong)计算机(ji)安全(quan)防护的(de)要(yao)求,调(diao)度控制(zhi)系统(tong)网(wang)络(luo)系统(tong)与调(diao)度自动化系统(tong)、生产自动化系统(tong)进行数据交(jiao)互时,需要(yao)配置(zhi)分区交(jiao)换机(ji)、横向隔离传输、纵(zong)向加密认证装置(zhi)、信(xin)息传输服务器(qi)和IDS系统(tong)。

  (四)调度控(kong)制系统同步(bu)时钟设(she)备

  为(wei)形成调(diao)度控制系统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)时钟,需要(yao)在(zai)厂站及集中控制中心各(ge)自建立独立的(de)(de)全区同(tong)步(bu)时钟系统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。各(ge)级(ji)均由(you)同(tong)步(bu)时钟系统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)提(ti)供统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)时钟信(xin)号,时钟同(tong)步(bu)由(you)GPS和北斗星(xing)定位系统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)卫(wei)星(xing)配(pei)置(zhi)实现。

  (五(wu))调度控制系统UPS电源(yuan)设备

  UPS电(dian)源配(pei)(pei)(pei)置(zhi)为(wei)容量3kVA的一套主系(xi)统(tong)和同等容量的一套备用系(xi)统(tong),无论是配(pei)(pei)(pei)置(zhi)方式还是容量设计(ji),都(dou)不能满(man)足新(xin)监(jian)控系(xi)统(tong)的电(dian)源配(pei)(pei)(pei)置(zhi)要求。按(an)满(man)足设备启动暂态电(dian)流(liu)、连续运行(xing)、主备方式等要求,重新(xin)配(pei)(pei)(pei)置(zhi)UPS电(dian)源系(xi)统(tong)。

  (六)调(diao)度控制系统的调(diao)度数据传(chuan)输

  为(wei)实(shi)现与电(dian)网调度(du)中(zhong)(zhong)心的数(shu)据(ju)传输(shu),需(xu)要在调度(du)控制系统中(zhong)(zhong)安装远程(cheng)(cheng)数(shu)据(ju)管理机,厂站的调度(du)数(shu)据(ju)通(tong)过配(pei)置由管理机转发给电(dian)网调度(du),实(shi)现实(shi)时数(shu)据(ju)的远程(cheng)(cheng)监视。

  四、调(diao)度控(kong)制系(xi)统的软件配置(zhi)

  (一)操作(zuo)系统

  1.ArchestrA 体(ti)系(xi)结构(gou)的显着特征,不仅(jin)是保留Client/Server结构(gou)的数据访问机制,还在系(xi)统中(zhong)增加了(le)(le)Peer To Peer结构(gou),为用(yong)(yong)户提供可靠的、分布(bu)式的点到(dao)点通信ArchestrA 体(ti)系(xi)结构(gou),开发了(le)(le)集中(zhong)化(hua)应用(yong)(yong)或(huo)高度分布(bu)的点到(dao)点应用(yong)(yong)。应用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)的每台工(gong)作站或(huo)服务(wu)器都(dou)是全球联网的域名空间(jian)的一部(bu)分,这种域名空间(jian)允(yun)许(xu)把应用(yong)(yong)自由地分布(bu)到(dao)系(xi)统中(zhong)的全部(bu)工(gong)作站上,对于数据源位置(zhi)没有限(xian)制,也不存(cun)在依赖性。

  2.调(diao)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)统(tong)按(an)照统(tong)一(yi)的(de)(de)IP地(di)址分(fen)配(pei),作(zuo)为IAS系(xi)统(tong)支持平台,调(diao)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)统(tong)的(de)(de)操作(zuo)系(xi)统(tong)通常采用MicroSoft Windows Server 2003 和Windows XP + SP2,基于控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)计算机监控(kong)(kong)系(xi)统(tong)Client / Server式(shi)系(xi)统(tong)结构,实现与各级厂站(zhan)操作(zuo)系(xi)统(tong)平台的(de)(de)无缝集成,接受位于控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)域(yu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器的(de)(de)目录服务(wu),当地(di)监控(kong)(kong)历史数(shu)据记(ji)录的(de)(de)存储、管理、检索(suo)服务(wu)来自位于控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)工业数(shu)据库服务(wu)器。

  3.通讯工作站(zhan)、操作员工作站(zhan)、语音报警与(yu)数据库前端工作站(zhan)均安装MicroSoft Windows Server 2003企业版(ban),域角(jiao)色为工作站(zhan)。

  4.域控制器(qi)中包含活(huo)动目录(lu)数(shu)据(ju)(ju)库的(de)可(ke)写副本,参与活(huo)动目录(lu)复制并控制网络资(zi)源(yuan)的(de)访问(wen)。也就是存储数(shu)据(ju)(ju)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)户(hu)与域的(de)交(jiao)互,包括用(yong)(yong)户(hu)登录(lu)过程、身份(fen)验证和目录(lu)搜索。系统(tong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)员能够管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)户(hu)帐(zhang)号、网络访问(wen)权限(xian)、共(gong)享资(zi)源(yuan)、站点拓扑以及来自目录(lu)林内(nei)任意(yi)域控制器(qi)的(de)其他目录(lu)对象。

  (二) (二)实时监控环境系统

  1.监控(kong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)建立实时监控(kong)环(huan)境(jing)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong),主要(yao)有: Wonderware ISA系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)。包括系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)结构(gou)支持软(ruan)件Platform、IDE、GR,可(ke)视节(jie)点软(ruan)件Intouch View等环(huan)境(jing)软(ruan)件;Wonderware InSQL系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong),包括工业(ye)数据库软(ruan)件InSQL,Microsoft Office,数据库前(qian)端软(ruan)件ActiveFactory。

  2.系统功(gong)能软件按下述节(jie)点配(pei)置:操作员工作站(zhan)(zhan),在(zai)电(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)主控级为(wei)运(yun)行(xing)(xing)人员提供(gong)的操作、监视和(he)(he)设定界面。运(yun)行(xing)(xing)值(zhi)班(ban)人员通(tong)(tong)过(guo)监控画面对电(dian)厂的生产以及设备运(yun)行(xing)(xing)进行(xing)(xing)实时监视和(he)(he)操作控制。配(pei)置Wonderware ISA系统的Intouch View节(jie)点;通(tong)(tong)讯工作站(zhan)(zhan),提供(gong)数(shu)据引(yin)擎和(he)(he)对象服务(wu),配(pei)置Wonderware ISA系统的Platform节(jie)点。

  3.语(yu)音(yin)报(bao)警(jing)(jing)与数(shu)据库前端工(gong)作(zuo)站:语(yu)音(yin)报(bao)警(jing)(jing)服务(wu),通过(guo)画面及语(yu)音(yin)提示,提供监(jian)控系统(tong)的报(bao)警(jing)(jing)信息。可配置Wonderware ISA系统(tong)的Intouch Alarm节点;数(shu)据库前端服务(wu),用于检索数(shu)据库中的历史数(shu)据,制作(zuo)生产报(bao)表。配置Wonderware ActiveFactory9.0软件。

  (三(san))监控(kong)应用开发(fa)环(huan)境系统

  高(gao)级语言(yan)环境Visual Studio.net、Visual Studio 6.0,专(zhuan)用语言(yan)环境PowerBuilder10.0,MS Office2003,BM85模块辅助(zhu)开发支持工具。

  (四)实时监控应用程序

  实时监(jian)控环(huan)境(jing)系统下运行的应(ying)用(yong)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu):高级语言环(huan)境(jing)、专用(yong)语言环(huan)境(jing)下开发的应(ying)用(yong)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu);报表、报告编写工具;现地监(jian)控应(ying)用(yong)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu);其他(ta)应(ying)用(yong)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)和接口程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)。

  五、调度控制系(xi)统的通(tong)讯(xun)系(xi)统配置

  通(tong)信系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)的可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)决(jue)定了整套系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)的可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),通(tong)信系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)的通(tong)频带宽度(du)对整套系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)的实时性(xing)有(you)极大影(ying)响。为满足(zu)通(tong)信系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)的可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)要求,需(xu)采(cai)用(yong)双(shuang)光(guang)纤(xian)以太网(wang)冗余结(jie)构,在这种方式中(zhong)即(ji)使某一(yi)段光(guang)缆全部中(zhong)断也能保证整个通(tong)讯(xun)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)的正常工作。通(tong)常主干(gan)网(wang)通(tong)信速率(lv)1000M,站内通(tong)讯(xun)速率(lv)为100/1000M自适应网(wang)络,接口符(fu)合IEEE802.3标准,通(tong)信协议(yi)采(cai)用(yong)TCP/IP标准协议(yi),通(tong)信介质采(cai)用(yong)屏蔽双(shuang)绞超五类线和(he)光(guang)缆。

  当数据通信网络(luo)中出(chu)现某个(ge)差错时,系统会自动采(cai)取安(an)全(quan)措施,如自动要(yao)求重发(fa)该数据、切除故障设备或切换至冗余的装置等。保(bao)持通信网络(luo)安(an)全(quan)、正(zheng)确运行。

  系统的(de)网(wang)(wang)络(luo)管(guan)理(li)驱动程序采用数据流(liu)量(liang)动态平衡控制管(guan)理(li),保证所(suo)有的(de)数据流(liu)流(liu)量(liang)在冗余的(de)双网(wang)(wang)之(zhi)间动态平衡,有效地降低网(wang)(wang)络(luo)通讯(xun)的(de)负荷率,提高(gao)网(wang)(wang)络(luo)通信的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性。当(dang)其(qi)中有一条网(wang)(wang)络(luo)出现故障(zhang)后,所(suo)有数据流(liu)量(liang)转换到(dao)正常工作(zuo)的(de)网(wang)(wang)络(luo)上,实现整个系统的(de)正常工作(zuo)。

  通信系统设(she)计在达到功能和性能要(yao)(yao)求外,考虑预留20%以上的(de)硬件接口裕(yu)(yu)量和通频带裕(yu)(yu)量,以满足可(ke)扩性要(yao)(yao)求。

  六(liu)、调(diao)度控制系统的配(pei)置(zhi)原则
